Wanting to Speak the Female Way - Contribution Made at the May 2007 Montalvo Art Center

I want to say what I want to say the female way – i.e. I want to give the background and context before I say my point. It’s not black and white. But I was told that I am not a good communicator by all the white males in charge in senior management because as men they want a black and white answers with little explanation. Why do I have to rethink what I want to say to fit a man’s world to get ahead in business. Sucks! I’m going to start my own company.
