I do censor myself more now- re: judgmental comments- which, I believe is a positive for me. I take time to think before I speak now- and form true, but gentle well thought out comments w/out anger or negativity. I believe temporary censorship of self to slow impulsiveness- can be a great thing = well thought out expressions~Rebecca (female) 55 years / sales
